Whats is RazorBrite?

RazorBrite is a razor cleaning product that removes the build-up of tiny crystals on your razor blade, making it last up to 20 times longer. These crystals can cause razor burn, a shaving rash and cuts and nicks to the skin. RazorBrite works with all major brands of razor blades including the popular Gillette Fusion, Mach 3 and Venus blades, as well as Wilkinson Sword Hydro.

Which razors can be cleaned?

You cannot use RazorBrite on electric shavers or electric razors, but it can be used on interchangeable razors, safety razors, disposable razors, and cut throat razors.

Is my payment secure?

Yes! We do not store any of your financial data or debit/credit card details on our server. All such transactional data is handled securely by our Payment Gateway; PayPal Pro and our website is secured with 256-bit encryption by GeoTrust.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged as soon as you place an order, and your purchase will appear on your statement as HOLISTICSOL or HOLISTIC-SOLUTIONS. Please note, we reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem suspicious. In these circumstances you will be contacted in the first instance, and if we withhold our decision to cancel the order, the charge to your card will be reversed, in full, as soon as possible after this time.

How much does delivery cost?

Your order will be despatched by Royal Mail First Class delivery at a cost of £4.50.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to have your delivery with you in 3-5 days, but please allow up to 28 days in the event that we are awaiting supplies. Currently we can only deliver to addresses within the UK.

What happens if I receive a faulty or damaged item?

Items received by you in a faulty or damaged state will always be replaced like-for-like, assuming goods are received back within 14 days of purchase. RazorBrite will also reimburse you for the postage costs of the returned items under these circumstances.

Can I cancel my order?

We can accept cancellation of any order up to 24 hours prior to despatch. We always advise that you contact us immediately should you wish to cancel. If, by the time we receive your cancellation request, your order is on it’s way to you, please follow our returns policy below. Subject to approval of your cancellation, refunds are normally processed within 7 working days.

What is your returns policy?

We can accept returned items that have been received by us within 28 days of purchase, provided the items are returned in an unopened state. We will only refund the cost of your items, not the cost of delivery either way. It is your responsibility to ensure the items are received by us in an ‘as-new’ state. Holistic Solutions cannot be held responsible for returned items that have been subject to damage in transit. Subject to approval of your returned items, refunds are normally processed within 7 working days.
